Data, documents and images from XXX marine geophysical expeditions in
the Arctic are becoming
web-accessible
under a usage
policy through the new Arctic Archive for Geophysical Research: Unlocking Undersea Knowledge (AAGRUUK). The
effort is a collaboration among researchers at the Hawaii Mapping
Research Group (HMRG), Oregon State University, and computer scientists from
the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC).
An overview of the project is available at the
main site hosted by the HMRG.
Funding is provided by the NSF Office of Polar Programs. We are grateful for
the assistance of the SIOExplorer team at SDSC and the Scripps Institution of
Oceanography Geological Data Center.
